Overview

You will work with our State Retail Team and lead a team of dedicated volunteers to meet financial targets of our NSW retail network and improve customer engagement. This role is based in Vineyard and is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Lead retail operations and stock management for the Vineyard store and depot.
  • Drive sales, support volunteers, ensure excellent customer service and maintain store presentation.
  • Oversee the sorting, pricing and distribution of stock; lead a team of volunteers and report to the NSW State Manager.
  • Maintain pricing and sorting standards in line with the National Stock Strategy.
  • Support, train, and develop a team of dedicated volunteers.
  • Develop and maintain a depot layout that supports smooth product movement, efficient storage and safety in line with National guidelines.
  • Support retail initiatives including setup of new stores as needed.
