The Role
We are looking for our newest team member to support and manage our much-loved shop in Stuart Park.
This is a hands-on role, and no two days will be the same. Our Store Managers are passionate about sustainable fashion, business, and providing a unique shopping experience. They are skilled professionals who bring their leadership and innovative thinking, to oversee retail operations, promote growth, implement best practice, and ensure our local retail footprint remains sustainable. They understand that personalised and engaging customer service is key and are committed to the meaningful development of their team and local community.

To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria:
Effective written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, including effectively communicating with workplace management, staff and volunteers
Flexible approach and the ability to take initiative
Dedicated approach to service
Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society
Demonstrated experience in retail operations
Proven ability to train staff and volunteers in a range of facets e.g. workplace health and safety, policy and procedures
Proof of Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain) and complete a National Crime Check,
