Cotton On Group is seeking a Retail Solutions Specialist for a 12-month contract in Victoria. You will identify friction in retail processes and design strategic, data-driven solutions with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and the customer experience.

You will gather feedback, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely resolution of issues while keeping stakeholders updated on project progress throughout the engagement.
