Retail Security Officers – Multiple Sites Across Brisbane

We’re looking for qualified and reliable Security Officers to join our casual pool, where your flexibility, commitment and enthusiasm are valued.

Overview

With over 20 retail sites across Brisbane, you’ll have the chance to work a variety of shifts across Northside, Southside or central locations. While guards are generally rostered to their closest region, flexibility is essential as shifts may be offered across multiple sites. From busy shopping centres to smaller retail hubs, this casual role offers plenty of variety, steady hours and the support of a great team.

What you’ll do

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Patrol and monitor retail environments
• Respond to incidents, medical events and emergencies
• Write clear and accurate reports
• Handle situations calmly using de-escalation skills

What we’re looking for

• Current QLD Security Licence + Crowd Control Function
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and integrity
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
• Reliability and enthusiasm
• Driver's License + transport (preferred)
