Elders Retail Sales Rep position is a permanent, full-time role based in Australia. You will leverage expert product knowledge and customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships, while growing business opportunities within the Elders network.

The role emphasizes sales performance, inventory support, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and communities through Elders’ extensive agribusiness network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, including retail skills.
• High level of customer service and ability to cultivate client relationships.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and thrive in a team environment.
• Knowledge of seasonal and retail products to support clients.
• Driver’s license required; forklift license preferred with option to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business.
• Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of retail products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Rep to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Elders Retail Sales Rep, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business.
• Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of retail products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.

• Have technical seasonal and retail products knowledge to support clients.
• Have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills.
• Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients.
• Have a driver’s license. A forklift license is preferred however we can support you to obtain one.
