Job summary

Mobile Flex, a Vodafone partner in Geelong, is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time role offers $27.81 per hour plus penalty rates and bonuses, with a focus on helping customers stay connected through the latest mobile technology.

You will greet customers, recommend products and plans, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment. Training is provided, with ongoing support and monthly commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or telecom experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and provide outstanding service.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and connectivity.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
