• Be driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand.
• Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click-and-collect, holds, and addressing inquiries.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.
• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in retail fashion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• Step up to run the floor when the Store Manager is away, opening and closing the store, leading the team during trade, and making the call on customer enquiries as they come up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
