Lorna Jane Tamworth is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Active Stylist team. You’ll connect with customers, offer styling expertise and help every guest feel their best. Bring energy, warmth, and a genuine interest in people.

You’ll support achieving store KPIs, merchandise standards, and a friendly, energetic shopping environment for our community of women. Shifts may include evenings and weekends, with a generous team discount and outfit to start as part of joining the Lorna Jane

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane Tamworth. We call this role an Active Stylist, because it's more than a sales job. It's about connecting with our customers, offering styling expertise for their active wear purchases and helping every customer feel her best.

It would be great if you have some Retail experience knowing what it’s like to help our customers while achieving your budgets. What really matters to us is your energy, your attitude, and your genuine interest in people. This role may include shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times so flexibility is key.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalised styling and service that leaves every customer feeling confident
• Build genuine relationships with customers, using strong product knowledge to guide and upsell
• Contribute to sales performance and help your store hit its KPIs and targets
• Support visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation standards
