• The primary role of the Customer Support function is to provide exceptional customer service, sales, and marketing support via different communication channels. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries related to ResMed products, services, warranties, order processing, data entry, and resolving general complaints. Identifying sales opportunities from customer inquiries. Providing first-line technical and clinical assistance, escalating issues to relevant teams for resolution.

The primary objective of Customer Service within the Customer Support Job Family is to communicate with customers daily, before and/or after a sale, via telephone, email, chat, or social media platforms. This includes checking on therapy status, adherence, and ordering supplies or equipment.

Key responsibilities include: handling customer orders for medical supplies and equipment, maintaining client records, tracking deadlines, supporting cross-functional teams, developing positive customer relations, collaborating with departments to meet sales goals, documenting technical and customer issues, and providing metrics to management.

Support roles involve clerical, administrative, technical, or operational tasks, requiring vocational training or equivalent experience. Internally, interactions involve information exchange, with limited discretion to vary from procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
