Job summary

Lorna Jane Erina is seeking an Active Stylist to connect with customers, offer styling expertise, and help every shopper feel her best on the shop floor.

You'll deliver personalised styling, build relationships, and contribute to sales targets while supporting store presentation and stock management. Flexibility across seven days and late-night trading is expected.

Qualifications

• Energetic and friendly personality with a passion for helping customers.
• Willingness to work across seven-day rosters including late shifts.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane Erina. We call this role an Active Stylist, because it's more than a sales job. It's about connecting with our customers, offering styling expertise for their active wear purchases and helping every customer feel her best.

It would be great if you have some Retail experience knowing what it's like to help our customers while achieving your budgets. What really matters to us is your energy, your attitude, and your genuine interest in people. This role may include shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times so flexibility is key.
