Lorna Jane in Erina is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Assistant (Active Stylist) to connect with customers, offer styling expertise for activewear purchases, and help every customer feel her best.

Flexibility is key, with shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times. Prior retail experience is advantageous, but energy, attitude and genuine interest in people are what we value most.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and energetic on the shop floor.
• Comfortable guiding customers and upselling products.
• Experience in a retail environment is beneficial.
• Ability to contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation.

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane Erina. We call this role an Active Stylist, because it's more than a sales job. It's about connecting with our customers, offering styling expertise for their active wear purchases and helping every customer feel her best.

It would be great if you have some Retail experience knowing what it’s like to help our customers while achieving your budgets. What really matters to us is your energy, your attitude, and your genuine interest in people. This role may include shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times so flexibility is key.
