Job summary

AG Warehouse in Numurkah, VIC, is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join a small on-site team. You will provide genuine customer service, handle pricing queries, and process POS transactions while assisting with stock and displays.

Applicants with retail or agricultural experience and strong communication skills will thrive. Weekend work and lifting tasks may be required in a dynamic, values-led environment backed by Saputo.

Qualifications

• Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential.

Join our friendly and growing team as a Retail Sales Assistant in Numurkah, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.

Processing point of sale (POS) transactions.

Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.

Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.

Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks.

About you

Experience in retail, agriculture or both.

Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships.

Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential.

Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.

Forklift license is desirable but not essential
