Job summary

Autobarn, part of Bapcor, is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to support the team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will contribute to sales targets and help maintain a clean, safe store environment while assisting with stock and merchandising in a fast-paced retail setting.

We value hands-on, customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the business. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, and basic computer skills are required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact!You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

You don’t need to be a car expert or tick every box – we’re looking for people who will embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.
