Job summary

Autobarn in Australia is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to support the team and deliver outstanding customer service, helping customers get road-ready with product advice and friendly service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will contribute to achieving store targets, maintain a clean store, assist with stock and merchandising, and follow company policies while learning and growing within the Autobarn network.

Help Customers Get Road‑Ready – join the Autobarn family as a Sales Assistant!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact! You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

You don’t need to be a car expert or tick every box – we’re looking for people who will embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.
