Baby Bunting Hawthorn, located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service to new and expectant parents. Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height.

Employment Type – Permanent Part-Time

Roster – Tuesday 12:30pm–5:30pm | Friday 12:30pm–5:30pm | Saturday 12:00pm–5:00pm

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey.
