Unplugged Byron Bay is a premium lifestyle and fashion destination, known for its thoughtfully curated collection of apparel, accessories, and elevated everyday essentials.

We are currently seeking a reliable, style-conscious, and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our boutique team in Byron Bay.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys boutique retail and understands that exceptional customer experience is built through attention to detail, authenticity, and personal connection.

While this is a casual role, it offers consistent hours of up to 30 hours per week for the right candidate.

Availability Requirements:
Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends, including peak holiday periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering warm, personalised customer service and styling support.

• Creating a welcoming and elevated in-store experience for every client.

• Maintaining the visual presentation and day-to-day upkeep of the boutique.

• Processing sales transactions, stock deliveries, and inventory management.

• Building strong product knowledge across our brands and lifestyle offering.

• Contributing positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Experienced in Retail — Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, or boutique retail is highly regarded.

• Reliable & Proactive — You are punctual, dependable, and able to take initiative independently.

• Flexible & Committed — You are available Thursday–Monday and comfortable working weekends and busy seasonal periods.
