JLL in Australia is seeking a Retail Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of retail branch and customer-facing environments for a banking client. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes with minimal disruption to operations.

• Degree qualified, preferably of an engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated project management experience delivering retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong cost, schedule and risk management capability across end-to-end delivery.
• Experience managing external consultants and contracts, including tendering and contract administration.
• Familiarity with building services coordination and retail technology dependencies.

Aufgaben

• Lead project planning and delivery for retail fit-outs and refurbishments across multiple sites.
• Manage scope, schedules, risk registers, change control, and reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholders across property, security, IT, brand, HSE and operations.
• Procure and manage consultants/contractors, oversee tendering and contracts.
• Manage budget tracking, forecasting, and final close-out; ensure quality and compliance.
