Job summary

Choice Aged Care is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Coordinator to join our Wellcamp, Toowoomba team. This role blends retail pharmacy, project coordination, and customer service to support day-to-day operations and improve services for our clients and partners.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will manage tasks across the pharmacy and group office, coordinate projects, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with remote teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Certificate III or higher in Pharmacy or Administration Management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• An proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify and support business development opportunities to grow the pharmacy services and retail offerings.
• Assist with retail service, merchandising, education, and customer engagement.
• Support coordination of projects, systems, and processes used in clinical and administrative workflows.
• Contribute to project planning and meeting project objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure efficient data management and maintain the data integrity of records within our internal databases.
• Work collaboratively with remote cross-functional teams.
• Adapt to changing priorities and supporting the team where required.
• Answer and triage telephone calls.
• Support onsite pharmacists in their delivery of clinical services to clients.
