Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Bethania is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced team in Brisbane. We offer part-time, full-time and casual hours across our store network.

You’ll be supported by a friendly team and have on-the-job training with opportunities to progress into leadership roles. Daily tasks include helping customers, stocking shelves, handling transactions, stock replenishment, and setting up displays for promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail pharmacy or customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of pharmacy products and willingness to learn.
• S2/S3 certificates in Community Pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and transactions.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Set up displays for catalogue promotions.
• Operate the Point‑of‑Sale system accurately.

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:

• Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
• Assist customers with general queries
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
