Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Brookwater in Queensland is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced store. You’ll help customers, keep shelves stocked, process purchases at the POS, and support stock replenishment and displays.

On-the-job training is provided by senior staff, with opportunities to learn across front shop and dispensary, in a supportive team that values accuracy, customer service, and collaboration. Flexible hours are offered across part-time, full-time and casual roles.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:
