Job summary

Chemist Warehouse North Rockhampton is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to lead store and dispensary operations while delivering complete patient care and exceptional service. You will supervise interns and staff, dispense accurately using MyScripts, and support growth strategies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Applicants must have 2+ years in pharmacy or retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and hold current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist to join Australia’s largest retail

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
Direct and relevant experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting is advantageous.
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

Day to day management of store, dispensary and team operations
Professional patient counselling and provide complete patient care solutions
Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
Supervise Intern, Student Pharmacists and dispensary Assistants
Dispensary inventory management and order processing
Support and grow new business strategies
