Responsibilities

• Sales coordination: develop proposals, presentations, media schedules and sales collateral and coordinate responses to client briefs.
• Client engagement: attend client meetings, coordinate follow-up actions and support a high-quality client experience.
• Business development: research advertisers and identify opportunities, building capability for smaller sales opportunities.
• Campaign implementation: coordinate media bookings, campaign delivery, assets and schedules.
• Campaign reporting: prepare reports and documents detailing recommendations and performance.
• Operational excellence: maintain CRM records, trackers and sales documentation.
• Team collaboration: work with sales, retailer and operational stakeholders to support campaign delivery and process improvements.
