What you’ll do:

We're looking for a passionate Campaign Delivery Coordinator to support the operational delivery of omnichannel retail media campaigns across digital and physical formats. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with the Retail Media Delivery team and will be responsible for coordinating campaign logistics, assisting with setup and reporting, and ensuring timelines and quality requirements are met. You'll also play a key part in supporting the execution of campaigns that contribute to commercial outcomes for Wesfarmers Health and its partners.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in media coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support roles
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using shared tools for task tracking, creative approvals, and reporting (e.g. Monday.com, Excel, PageProof, Google Drive)
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Exposure to digital advertising platforms or campaign tools
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or related discipline preferred
