TK Maxx Australia is seeking a true Marketing Manager to own multi-channel initiatives across brand, media, social, CRM and customer experience. You will partner with internal teams and external agencies to shape how customers engage with TK Maxx in Australia.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you will lead multiple workstreams, influence key decisions, and build strong cross-functional relationships while delivering impactful campaigns and store launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing or advertising role at manager level.
