Job summary

TK Maxx Australia is seeking a Marketing Manager who brings hands-on, broad marketing experience and is ready to take the next step in leadership. This generalist role covers brand, media, social, CRM, customer experience, communications, research, gift cards and new store launches.

You will own multiple workstreams, partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives shaping how customers experience TK Maxx across Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing or advertising role at manager level.
• Strong leadership and initiative with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns in a fast-paced retail environment.
