Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including service, kitchen workflow, and delivery performance.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages and waste.
• Lead rostering, performance monitoring, and staff development.
• Enforce safety, hygiene and food-safety procedures in line with guidelines.
• Review sales and budgets; identify cost-control opportunities.
