Qualifications

• Hands-on team leadership or senior team experience with coaching and training.
• Ability to nurture high performance and elevate quality standards in-store.
• Strong communication, time management, organisational and planning skills.

• Leadership: Instilling a high-performance culture in your store, characterised by selling more pizza and having more fun.
• Rostering and Planning: Streamlining staff rostering for seamless teamwork in the pizza store hustle.
• Training and Development: Providing coaching and guidance to the next generation of Domino’s team members and champions of the brand.
• Financial Management: Budgeting, cost control, and revenue-boosting initiatives for store profitability.
• Stock management: Forecasting, replenishment, and supplier relationship management to ensure product availability.
