Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Retail Manager for CWH Goulburn NSW to lead staff and coordinate customer service, recruitment, and training. The role works onsite in our pharmacy network, ensuring policy compliance and a safe working environment.

A typical day might look like:

• Assisting with customer service queries
• Coordinating staff recruitment
• Coordinating staff training and development activities
• Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
• Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
• Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies

Our team members work in our pharmacies throughout their shift, often standing for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repeated movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
