Assetlink on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Full-Time Maintenance Team Member to help maintain Pacific Fair. The role suits someone with practical maintenance experience who takes pride in presentation and thrives in a busy retail environment.

You’ll work Tuesday to Saturday, with rotating start times and Thursday evenings. The job offers development opportunities, training, a supportive culture, and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience in retail/commercial environments.
• Strong practical and versatile handy-person skills.
• Able to manage priorities and work independently.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, reliable and self-motivated with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance, handy-person and minor trade duties.
• Completing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring the presentation/condition of the centre is high.
• Responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Liaising with tenants, customers, contractors and the client.
• Providing high level of customer service.
• Assisting with safety and setup of equipment.
• Working independently while contributing to the onsite team.
