Early Settler is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Tamworth store, working a Tuesday-Saturday roster. You will lead a retail team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and store performance, in line with our values.

You will support with rostering, onboarding new team members, and implementing strategies to maximise both sales and customer service. A true leader who motivates and develops others will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3+ years in retail sales with targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Provide styling solutions and upsell/cross-sell to customers.
• Coach and guide the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support day-to-day store operations including rostering, administration, recruiting and onboarding.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and customer service targets.
