Connect Hearing, part of Sonova, is seeking a Permanent Full-time Internal Audit Specialist based in Sydney to execute the global store audit program across Australia and New Zealand.

You will plan and deliver on-site audits, test internal controls, and support internal audit activity, with travel of 20-30% to ensure compliance and safeguard company results. Join a team focused on governance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• A completed qualification in business, law or compliance.
• 4-5 years' professional experience in auditing or internal control.
• Strong numerical abilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual store audit planning based on risk and KPIs.
• Deliver on-site store audits across Australia and New Zealand.
• Monitor store figures and perform data analysis for continuous auditing.
• Develop recommendations to address fraud risk and improve operations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Test internal controls and support global ICs team.
