LSKD is seeking a North Lakes Assistant Coach to partner with the Head Coach, lead a high-performing team, and turn the store into a community movement. You will drive growth, run daily operations, and create an inclusive environment that celebrates differences.

The role is full-time, Sunday to Thursday, with a bonus program and extensive team development opportunities. You’ll master product range and share knowledge with customers to build authentic connections.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in high-volume retail environments.
• Ability to drive growth, manage operations and KPIs.
• Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive retail strategy with the Head Coach.
• Lead daily operations, set store standards and visuals.
• Coach and develop a local team of Educators.
• Monitor KPIs, drive store growth and customer engagement.
• Build knowledge of product range to educate the community.
