Job summary

Global Retail Brands seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Bondi House store. You’ll drive sales, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. The role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.

You will lead on-floor service, motivate and develop staff, and work closely with stock, visual merchandising, and daily store operations to meet KPIs and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC).
• You are confident, customer-focused, and commercially minded.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You enjoy developing and motivating a team.
• You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards.
