Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a Dept Manager / Team Leader / Assistant Store Manager in VIC - Metro. You will support daily operations, lead a high-performing team and drive stock management, visual merchandising and sales growth while upholding Spotlight’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to handle large stock volumes.

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor daily stock in the department.
• Achieve sales growth and department KPI targets.
• Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Set and maintain department visuals and standards.
• Plan catalogue campaigns and coordinate stock integrity.
• Drive high-volume stock management and merchandising initiatives.
