Optus in Parramatta is seeking a passionate Retail Service Consultant to help customers across mobile, broadband and digital experiences. In a Full-Time capacity you’ll be the face of Optus, delivering standout experiences with optimism, curiosity and genuine care.

You’ll build product knowledge across the full range of tech solutions, listen to customer needs, explain simply, and de-escalate calmly when needed.
