Optus is seeking a friendly Retail Service Consultant to join our Munno Para team in a full time or part time capacity. Be the face of Optus, delivering standout customer experiences with optimism, curiosity and care, while building product knowledge to guide customers to the right tech solutions.

You’ll work in a welcoming, customer-first environment, support teammates during busy periods and help create memorable moments for every visitor, using empathy and clear communication.
