Job summary

OTR is seeking a Console Operator to deliver great customer experiences in our NSW stores. The role is fast-paced and requires multitasking, keeping the store clean, stocked and welcoming for guests.

You will work solo or with a team, stand for long periods, and handle flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends. You will learn and promote our wide range of products and barista offerings.

Pre-employment includes Australian working rights and a police clearance.

Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Work both solo and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderately.
• Eligible to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Willing to learn product range and promotions.

Responsibilities
