OTR is hiring a Console Operator to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our busy Australian stores. You will keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming, handling multiple tasks with speed and accuracy while engaging customers with a friendly approach.

We value teamwork, physical stamina, and flexibility to work late nights, early mornings and weekends. Training includes barista skills and opportunities for career development across our network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide outstanding customer service.
• Able to work alone or in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy items.
• Available for flexible hours including late nights and weekends.
