Qualifications

  • Previous claims assessing experience in Life, Workers Compensation, and/or Health Insurance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Claims Team. We have multiple opportunities for Retail Case Managers in IP and TPD, based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes.
  • Investigating and resolving disputes.
  • Managing your priorities to achieve SLAs
  • Preparing all customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice.

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Previous claims assessing experience in a Life, Workers Compensation and/or Health Insurance
  • Maintaining quality stakeholder management/relationships
  • Customer First Approach
