Vicinity Limited is seeking a Centre Manager to drive retailer performance across Eastlands and Northgate, balancing tenant relationships, lease administration and financial accountability. You will lead retailer onboarding, tenancy compliance, and performance reviews, partnering with the Asset and Centre Management teams to optimise income and asset value.

The role requires working across two sites (60/40 split) with occasional weekend and late shifts to support trading periods.

Competenze

• Experienced professional with a background in retail or property management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage retailer relationships to drive commercial results.
• Strong reporting and financial management skills.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.

• Manage a portfolio of retailers and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Oversee tenancy administration and pre-trade compliance for retailers.
• Manage leases, variations, and compliance with centre rules.
