Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch, drive car appraisals, book appointments and deliver outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.

You'll work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern with 5 days on, 2 days off, including weekends. The role offers strong bonus opportunities and a clear path for progression within the UK’s leading car-buying network.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
