Job summary

Spendless Shoes Pty Ltd. is seeking a store Sales Superstar to warmly welcome customers, drive sales and uphold merchandising standards. You will be the first contact with our customers, delivering friendly service and applying the Spendless 4C's to create memorable shopping experiences.

The role offers a Sunday to Thursday roster, 50% staff discount, a welcome gift on commencement and an incentive scheme up to $7000. Career progression across the nation is available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service role.
• Preferred supervisory experience, not essential.
• Cash handling/EFTPOS experience.
• Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising knowledge.
• Ideally an understanding of sales budgets & KPI's.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, friendly place for customers to shop and exceed service expectations.
• Aim to WOW every customer and make their visit memorable.
