UnitingCare Health is seeking a Retail Assistant for Lifeline Queensland, a major charity brand. You will help create a welcoming store environment, drive high standards of merchandising, and deliver excellent customer service to our local community.

This role supports Lifeline’s crisis services and has a strong community impact. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, be able to handle weekend shifts, and participate in a commission program for high performers while benefiting from NFP

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for retail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships with local communities and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product merchandising and store presentation are of a high standard.
• Complete inventory management and stocktaking.
