Job summary

UnitingCare Lifeline in Ipswich is seeking a casual Retail Assistant to support daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to fundraising through a busy, community-focused charity retail environment.

You will handle merchandising, stock checks and customer enquiries while representing Queensland’s leading charity retail brand. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the community.

Everyday our 120 stores across Queensland sell donated goods, giving pre‑loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.

Your part in our Lifeline team

Along with your passion for your local community and providing great customer service in a retail environment you will:

• Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard
• Complete inventory management & stocktaking
• Assist Customers with enquiries and sales
