Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Australia is seeking a skilled make-up artist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience while educating and delighting customers.

You will contribute to high-performing teams, support in-store events and ensure the store presents stunning visual merchandising to stand out. Certification in makeup artistry is preferred, but amateur-level experience with strong creative and technical skills will be considered.

Qualifications

• Qualification in make-up artistry preferred, amateur level acceptable if high creativity and technical skill
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
