Job summary

McPhail's in Wangaratta is seeking sales staff for our retail showroom. You will engage customers face-to-face, over the phone or by email, and tailor solutions to budgets and preferences.

You should be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a friendly team, including weekend shifts as rostered. Australian work rights are required; above award wages offered with ongoing development opportunities.

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• Available for weekend shifts as rostered.

Job description

We're growing our sales team in our retail business. You'll be part of our existing team, engaging with customers, providing solutions based on customers budgets and personal preferences.

Role located in Wangaratta.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers - Face to Face, over the Phone and via Email
• Provide solutions based on customer budgets and personal preferences
• Work on weekends as required by the roster

About you

• Can be present in our showroom for shifts
• Start in the next 2 weeks
• Available for a variety of shifts, including:
• Weekdays: 7am-4pm, 8:45am-5:30pm and 5pm-11pm
• Have a can do attitude, nothing is too difficult
• An extremely high level of reliability
• Work well in a team
• Take pride in your appearance
• Have experience in a retail or hospitality
• Be available to work on the weekend as required by the roster (guaranteed one weekend off per month)
• Must have Australian work rights for this position
