Job summary

Rosendorff Diamond Jewellers in Perth is seeking a versatile Retail and Online Sales Assistant to support our luxury boutique and Shopify store. You will split time between in-store client service and online order administration from Monday to Friday.

Ideally you bring retail or ecommerce experience, excellent written English, and meticulous attention to high-value inventory. The role offers an urban location with easy transport access and an employee discount on products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, office administration, or e-commerce operations.
• Warm, professional verbal skills for in-store clients and clear, grammatically correct writing for emails.
• Exceptional care and precision when handling high-value inventory and shipping labels.
• Punctual, organized, and able to work independently during mid-week downtimes.

Responsibilities

• Pack and dispatch Shopify orders daily with premium care, ensuring luxury-grade presentation and secure wrapping.
• Upload new products, write clear product descriptions, and update stock levels accurately.
• Monitor the Shopify inbox and business email to answer customer inquiries regarding sizing, stock, and shipping times.
• Greet inner-city booked appointment clients, assist with product selection, and process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain the high-end presentation of collections.
• Handle local post office runs for daily online shipments and manage general administrative errands.
• Log incoming repairs, tag items correctly, and coordinate timelines with the workshop.
