Job summary

Circana is seeking a Retail Client Reporting Analyst to deliver and enhance reporting solutions for leading retailers across APAC from Melbourne. You will bridge clients, data, and technology teams, ensuring accurate, timely reporting that delivers business value.

You will manage end-to-end retailer reporting delivery, resolve data issues, and support platform enhancements. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to improve efficiency and insight speed.

Qualifications

• Experience with data, reporting, analytics or client delivery solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate technical info into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and enhance retailer reporting and analytics solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of retailer reporting; resolve data issues.
• Support platform enhancements and value realization from Circana tools including Unify.
• Collaborate with Data, Measurement Science, Engineering, Technology and Client Service teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and speed to insight.
• Maintain expertise in Circana's reporting platforms and share knowledge.
