Domayne Auburn Administration is seeking an enthusiastic Customer service focused Administration Manager to join the team. The role combines administration processes, team leadership and retail operations to provide exceptional support services across stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead an enthusiastic team, coordinate office activities, ensure timely reporting, and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Experience in office management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to handle creditors, debtors, payroll and reporting tasks.
• Attention to detail and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist franchisees with creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle payroll, cash books, recruitment and monthly reporting.
• Provide exceptional support services and liaise with stakeholders.
