Job summary

Lorna Jane Miranda is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant, dubbed an Active Stylist, to connect with customers, provide styling expertise, and help every shopper feel her best on the shop floor.

You’ll use product knowledge to upsell, support store visuals and stock, and enjoy energy‑driven shifts across seven days, including late nights during peak sale times. Great energy and genuine interest in people are valued, with ongoing training and progression.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane Miranda. We call this role an Active Stylist, because it's more than a sales job. It's about connecting with our customers, offering styling expertise for their active wear purchases and helping every customer feel her best.

It would be great if you have some Retail experience knowing what it’s like to help our customers while achieving your budgets. What really matters to us is your energy, your attitude, and your genuine interest in people. This role may include shifts across seven days, including late‑night trading and peak sale times so flexibility is key.
